Premium villa project will be situated on a site of 105 ares between Marbella and Estepona. The project includes 11 premium villas with square footage of around 400 m2.
The estimated price of one villa will be about 2.3 million euros. Construction on the villas will begin in April of 2024, with construction set to end in October of 2025.
